Práce se zabývá tím, jakým způsobem Platón a Aristotelés chápali postavu politika. Cílem práce je popsat pojetí obou filosofů a provést jejich vzájemné srovnání. První část se věnuje rozdílům mezi jednotlivými Platónovými dialogy (Ústava, Politikos, Zákony), druhá část zkoumá Aristotelův postoj k úloze politika v jeho dílech (Etika Níkomachova, Politika). Abstract:
The thesis deals with the Plato's and Aristotle's conception of statesman. The aim of the thesis is to describe and compare the views of both philosophers on this issue. The first part focuses on differences between Plato's dialogues (Republic, Politicus, Laws), the second part examines Aristotle's position on the role of the statesman in his works (Nicomachean Ethics, Politics).
