The Importance of the Personnel Planning at an Organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou personálního plánování v organizaci s cílem poukázat na jeho význam pro chod celé společnosti.Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První oddíl je zaměřen na vysvětlení důležitých teoretických pojmů potřebných k pochopení praktické části. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na reálný proces personálních plánů ve vybrané společnosti. Získané informace jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Na základě slabých stránek jsou následně navržena opatření pro jejich překonání. V závěru praktické části je sestaven vlastní projekt s cílem získat dotaci z prostředků Evropského sociálního fondu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the personnel planning problematic in an organization. The main goal is to point at its importance for the run of the whole company. The paper is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of the theoretical issues importance necessary for the understanding of the practical part. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the real process of the personnel plans in the chosen organization.The achieved information are summed up in the SWOT analysis. The measures are proposed according to the weaknesses. The final part includes a project. The project is arranged to gaining the grant from the European social fund.
