Tématem bakalářské práce jsou ?Typy konfliktů a jejich příčiny ve firmě?. Je to téma v dnešní době velice aktuální, a to nejen ve firmě, ale i v osobním životě. We can consider this topic as a current theme nowadays, not only in a company but in personal life as well. Disputes are part of our everyday life and we should learn how to deal with them.
