Ergotherapy as part of comprehensive rehabilitation for younger school age children with physical handicap

Abstract:

Má práce se nazývá Ergoterapie jako součást ucelené rehabilitace u dětí s tělesným postiţením v mladším školním věku. V teoretické části se stručně zmiňuji o historii ergoterapie, která má počátky jiţ v 18. století. V další kapitole popisuji, co ergoterapie je a jaké jsou úlohy ergoterapeuta. Dále se zde zaměřuji na sloţky ucelené rehabilitace, která má u dětí s tělesným postiţením obrovský význam. Při plánování terapie je důleţitá znalost psychomotorického vývoje dítěte a to zejména do tří let věku a z tohoto důvodu ho popisuji v následující kapitole, do které jsem také zařadila druhy a typy tělesných postiţení u dětí. Stejně jako ucelená rehabilitace mají u dětí s tělesným postiţením veliký význam nejrůznější metody a techniky, které jsem ve své práci ve stručnosti popsala. V praktické části mé bakalářské práce jsem se snaţila aplikovat ergoterapii na dětského klienta s tělesným postiţením v mladším školním věku.

Abstract:

My work is called Occupational therapy as part of comprehensive rehabilitation in children with disabilities in younger school age. In the theoretical part is a brief mention about the history of occupational therapy, which already has the beginnings of the 18th century. The next chapter describes what occupational therapy is and what the role of occupational therapist. Furthermore, you focus on the components of comprehensive rehabilitation, to children with disabilities the enormous importance. When planning therapy is important psychomotorického knowledge of child development and in particular to three years of age and therefore it describes in the following chapter, in which I have also included the types and types of physical disability in children. As well as comprehensive rehabilitation to children with disabilities the great importance of the various methods and techniques that I have in their work briefly described. In the practical part of my thesis I tried to apply the occupational therapy to clients of child with disabilities in younger school age.
