Kinetics of knee and ankle joints at various types of rebound mats in gymnastics

Abstract:

Hlezenní kloub představuje často postižené části těla ve sportovní gymnastice (Edouard et al., 2018). Tato zranění se nejčastěji stanou ve fázi doskoku, při které je hlezenní kloub vystaven vysokému mechanickému zatížení (Gittoes & Irwin, 2012). Pro snížení tohoto zatížení se ve sportovní gymnastice požívají různé typy doskokových ploch, nejčastěji doskokové žíněnky. V posledních letech dochází ke změnám v pravidlech používání doskokových materiálů, které musí vyhovovat požadavkům Mezinárodní gymnastické federace (FIG, 2016). Z tohoto důvodu jsou doskokové žíněnky vyráběny z různých materiálů a neustále vyvíjeny. Problematika testování různých typů žíněnek ovšem nerespektuje biomechanické zatížení pohybového aparátu sportovců a z tohoto důvodu chceme v rámci této práce odpovědět na základní otázku: Jak se mění kinematika hlezenního kloubu při použití různých typů (materiálů) doskokových žíněnek.

Abstract:

The ankle joint represents frequently affected parts of the body in sports gymnastics (Edouard et al., 2018). These injuries occur in a series of rebounds in which the ankle joint is subjected to high mechanical loads (Gittoes & Irwin, 2012). Different types of rebound areas are used in sports gymnastics to eliminate this load, rebound mat visitors. In the coming years, it is possible to change the way in which rebound materials can be stored that may suit the applicants of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG. 2016). For this reason, rebound mats are made of different materials and shared. Problems with testing different kinds of Jews that do not respect the biomechanical loading of moving athletes' apparatuses and therefore can be used in this work to the basic question: How does the ankle joint kinematics change when using various components (materials) of rebound mats.
