Current trends in air transport services
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálně nabízenými službami vybraných leteckých společností, v rámci osobní letecké dopravy. Teoretická část práce definuje a vymezuje pojem služby obecně a rovněž popisuje jednotlivé části, které tvoří leteckou dopravu. Analytická část práce, pak porovnává vybrané a aktuálně nabízené služby, tří zvolených leteckých společností.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with currently offered services of selected airlines, within the framework of passenger air transport. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of services in general and also describes the parts that make up air transport. The analytical part of the thesis then compares the selected and currently offered services of the three selected airlines.
