Abstract:

This thesis analyses the work Así que pasen cinco años by an outstanding Spanish author Federico García Lorca. The thesis focuses on the study of characters and the time of formation of this play, which was strongly influenced by the avant-garde and whose influence it reflects. It is particularly surrealism, whose elements, as the first part of this thesis proves, are present in Así que pasen cinco años. The second and main part of the thesis deals with the characters of the play, especially with their personal qualities and roles, whose study leads to the idea of the split personality of the main character, which is thus represented by most of the other characters. The final part of the thesis clarifies the importance and meaning of this work focusing on analysis of multiple symbolism, whose use is typical of the author. The thesis draws from Sigmund Freud’s opinions and psychoanalysis closely associated with the personality split of the main character and thus conveying the meaning of the work.

Abstract:

V této práci zkoumám divadelní dílo Así que pasen cinco años, jenž napsal významný španělský autor Federico García Lorca. Hlavní bod zájmu tvoří studium postav, část práce je však také věnována době vzniku díla, jelikož byla silně ovlivněna avantgardou, jejíž vliv se odráží i v tomto díle. Je to zejména surrealismus, jehož prvky, jak dokazuje zejména první část práce, jsou obsaženy i v Así que pasen cinco años. Druhá, hlavní část práce, je zaměřena na postavy tohoto díla, zejména na jejich charakter a funkce, jejichž studium přivádí k myšlence rozdvojení osobnosti hlavní postavy, představujíc tak většina vedlejších postav různé části osobnosti hlavního hrdiny. V závěrečné části práce se snažím objasnit význam a smysl tohoto díla, přičemž se zaměřuji mimo jiné na zkoumání mnohačetných symbolů, jejichž používání je pro autora tohoto díla typické. Vycházím také z názorů Sigmunda Freuda a jeho psychoanalýzy, jenž se váží k myšlence rozdvojení osobnosti hlavní postavy a doplňují tak smysl tohoto díla.
