The impact of CNB’s Regulatory Recommendations on Real Estate Financing
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením dopadů opatření ČNB na poskytovatele a příjemce financování nemovitostí. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na Doporučení ČNB vydávaná od roku 2015 obsahující požadavky na poměr úvěru k hodnotě zajištění a k výši příjmu žadatele o úvěr na bydlení. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of the CNB's measures on providers and beneficiaries of real estate financing. The main focus is on the CNB's recommendations issued since 2015 containing requirements for the loan-to-value ratio and income ratios of the applicant for a loan.
