Bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavními činnostmi personálního oddělení ve veřejné správě. Zpočátku se práce soustředí na vymezení potřebných pojmů z oblasti veřejné správy i personalistiky. Následně se již práce věnuje jednotlivým činnostem, které spadají do kompetencí personálního oddělení.
