Cílem této práce je vytvořit komplexní materiál o činnosti dispeřerů pultů centralizované ochrany (PCO) a členů zásahových jednotek soukromých bezpečnostních služeb (SBS), a to především při vzniku krizových situací, jako jsou poplachové zprávy přijaté na PCO, a o následných reakcích na tyto zprávy.Práce obsahuje právní, oganizační a metodické normy, postupy a pokyny pro výkon služby pracovníků SBS …more
