Bakalářská práce pojednává o úspěšné české franchsingové síti Švejk restaurant. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy se vztahem k franchisové formě podnikání. Obsahuje též základní kategorizaci franchisingu a popisuje náležitosti franchisingové smlouvy. The bachelor thesis discusses the czech successful franchise network The Švejk restaurant. The basic notions that are obligated in frachise are explained in the theoretically-methodolgical part.
