Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis a analýza státní podpory exportu v České republice. Práce je zaměřena především na legislativní rámec této podpory v České republice, který je tvořen zejména zákonem č. 58/1995 Sb., o pojišťování a financování vývozu se státní podporou, ale také jinými vnitrostátními předpisy či mezinárodními smlouvami. The aim of this submitted thesis is to describe and analyze the state support of export in the Czech Republic. It focuses especially on legislative framework of this support in the Czech Republic which is defined mainly by the Act No. 58/1995 Coll., but also by other national regulations or international contracts.
