Budget as a tool of economic management
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je posoudit systém tvorby rozpočtu včetně podkladových materiálů, vyhodnocování rozpočtu a práci s rozpočtem při modelování hospodářského vývoje a doporučit změny při tvorbě rozpočtů společnosti SAKO Brno, a. s. se zaměřením na způsob vyhodnocování.
Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to review the system of budgeting including supporting materials, evaluation of the budget and working with a budget in the modeling of economic development and to propose changes in budgeting to the company SAKO Brno, a. s. (S.A.) focusing on the evaluation method.
