Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice angažovanosti zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem práce je formulace návrhů, které přispějí k posílení engagementu zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Zdrojem informací byly veřejně dostupné informace, hloubkový rozhovor s HR specialistkou a dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě rešerše literatury byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka: „Existují podmínky pro engagement v organizaci Slevomat?“. Ze získaných dat vyplývá, že pracovní prostředí umožňuje engagement zaměstnanců v organizaci a podporují ho zejména tyto faktory: zajímavá a rozmanitá práce, svoboda a autonomie, dobré pracovní vztahy, rozsáhlá nabídka rozvojových a vzdělávacích aktivit, kvalitní vedení, propracovaný systém odměňování a dobrá pověst a image organizace. Hlavním přínosem této práce jsou doporučení pro management společnosti, jejichž aplikace má potenciál vést v dané firmě ke zvýšení angažovanosti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of employee engagement. The main objective of the thesis was to suggest improvement proposals that support the engagement of employees in the selected organization. The sources of information were public information, an interview with the HR specialist of the organization, and a questionnaire survey among the employees. Based on a literature review, the main research question was: „Do conditions exist for employee engagement in the organization, Slevomat?”. According to the obtained results, the working environment supports employee engagement in the organization and is positively influenced by the following factors: interesting and diverse work, freedom and autonomy, good working relationships, extensive offer of educational activities, quality leadership, a sophisticated remuneration system and a good reputation and image of the organization. The main contribution of this thesis are concrete recommendations of how and why the company, Slevomat, can implement them into their organization because if they do, it can lead to an increase employee engagement.
