Hodnocení vlivu strukturní heterogenity na pevnost svarových spojů vysokopevnostních ocelí

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení mechanických vlastností lokálních heterogenních oblastí v materiálu, vznikajících při svařování. Dosavadní způsoby testování svarových spojů (ať za podmínek statických nebo dynamických) nevypovídají o charakteristických vlastnostech materiálu při jednoosém zatěžování. Realizace takovýchto testů neumožňuje vyšetřování hodnot kritického pásma s možnou predikcí statické, respektive dynamické pevnosti svařované konstrukce pro určení charakteristických konstant pro numerické výpočty, či pro optimalizaci technologie svařování. Na základě teoretického studia a provedených experimentů v dané problematice byla navržena a ověřena testovací metodika vyhodnocující mechanické vlastnosti úzkých pásem tepelně ovlivněných oblastí svarových spojů. Vše v kombinaci přímého měření statických parametrů tepelně ovlivněných vrstev vzorků materiálu indentací válcovým identorem s dynamickými tahovými zkouškami. V návaznosti k navržené metodice byly stanoveny postupy přípravy zkušebních vzorků pro realizaci experimentů. Souhrn navržených postupů umožňuje vyšetřování kritického pásma reálného svaru s možnou predikcí statické i dynamické pevnosti při jednoosém namáhání v oblasti deformačních rychlostí, působících při crashových situacích v provozu vozidel.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the assessment of mechanical properties of the local heterogeneous areas in material which originate during welding. The existing testing methods of welded joints (no matter if under static or dynamic conditions) do not provide characteristic properties of material during uniaxial loading. The implementation of the testing methods does not enable any examination of values of the critical zone with a possible prediction of the static and dynamic strength of a welded construction, which could be used for determining characteristic invariables in the field of numerical calculations for the optimalization of welding technology. Based on the theoretical studies of the given problems, a testing methodology was designed and verified, which assesses the mechanical properties of narrow, heat affected areas of welded joints, with the help of the combination of the direct measurement of the static properties by the cylindrical indenter indentation and the dynamic tensile test of simulated, heat affected layers. In connection to the suggested methodology, techniques of preparation of the testing samples for the given applications were determined. The aggregate of the suggested methodologies enables examinantion of the critical zone of a real weld with the possible prediction of the static and dynamic strength of the uniaxial loading in the field of deformational speeds working during car-crash situations.
