Syfilis je onemocnění zapříčiněné bakteriální infekcí Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum (TPA). Reakce imunitního systému napadeného organismu je zprostředkována interakcí treponemálních lipoproteinů s Toll-like receptory 2 (TLR2). Abstract:
Syphilis is a disease caused by bacterial infection of Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum (TPA). Reaction of the immune system of the invaded organism is mediated by an interaction of treponemal lipoproteins with Toll-like receptors 2 (TLR2).
