Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou možných rizikových dopadů na osobu adresáta, vyplývajících z reformy doručování v roce 2009. Dále pak vyhodnocením efektivnosti změn a také míry informovanosti občanů, plynoucí z novely zákona. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of possible risk impacts on the addressee, resulting from the delivery reform in 2009. Furthermore, by evaluating the effectiveness of the changes and also the information of citizens resulting from the amendment to the law. Thesis is divided into two parts.
