Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na technologické nástřiky v leteckém průmyslu, konkrétně na jejich využití při generálních opravách podvozků letounů typu Boeing 737. Práce se zabývá konstrukcí podvozků, druhy materiálů použitými v jejich konstrukci, povrchovými úpravami a speciálními technologiemi, jako jsou HVOF, pokovení zinkem/niklem, metoda Cold Spray a plazmové pokovování. Dále se věnuje environmentálním aspektům a změnám v průmyslu s ohledem na ochranu životního prostředí. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o této problematice a zhodnotit využití technologických nástřiků v údržbě letadlových podvozků.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on spray technology in the aerospace industry, specifically it is use in the overhaul of Boeing 737 aircraft landing gear. The thesis looks at the design of landing gear, the types of materials used in its construction, surface treatments and special technologies such as HVOF, zinc/nickel plating, cold spray and plasma plating. It also focuses on environmental aspects and changes in the industry with regard to environmental protection. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of these issues and to evaluate the use of spray technology in the maintenance of aircraft landing gear.
