Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce na téma "Problematika života žen s různým stupněm HELLP syndromu" obsahuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou HELLP syndromu, který patří mezi vzácnou, ale velmi závažnou komplikací, která je vázaná výhradně na těhotenství. H označuje hemolýzu, což je rozklad červených krvinek. EL vychází z Elevated Liver Enzymes, to znamená zvýšení jaterních enzymů a LP znamená Low Platelets tedy trombocytopenii. Vzhledem k závažnosti HELLP syndromu je jednou z priorit identifikace příznaků a časná diagnostika. V práci je také popsána problematika preeklampsie, na kterou může HELLP syndrom nasednout. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na etiologii, patogenezi, diagnostické kritéria, komplikace a léčbu, jak preeklampsie, tak HELLP syndromu. Praktická část je věnována případovým studiím konkrétních pacientek s touto komplikací v těhotenství. Pozornost je věnována různému průběhu HELLP syndromu, který může postihnout ženu kdykoliv během těhotenství, ale může se rozvinout také až po porodu. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování ošetřovatelských kazuistik těhotných žen s HELLP syndromem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the topic "The issu of life of women with varying degrees of HELLP syndrome" includes theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of HELLP syndrome, which is a rare but very serious complication tied exclusively to pregnancy. H indicates hemolysis, a disintegration of red blood cells, EL stands for Elevated Liver Enzymes, which means an increase in liver enzymes and LP is Low Platelets that is thrombocytopenia. Due to the seriousness of HELLP syndrome an early diagnosis and identification of symptoms are the priorities. The work also describes the problems of pre-eclampsia, on which HELLP syndrome can mount. The focus is mainly on the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, complications and treatment of preeclampsia as well as the HELLP syndrome. I dedicated the practical part to three case studies of patients with this complication of pregnancy. Attention is paid to different progress of HELLP syndrome, which can affect a woman at any time of pregnancy, but may also develop after the delivery. The main objective of this work is the processing of nursing cases in clients with HELLP syndrome.
