Bakalárska práca sa venuje vzdelávaniu pracovníkov v sociálnych službách. V teoretickej časti sa venuje rôznym témam vo Fínsku a ich ekvivalentom v Českej Republike. Približuje sociálnu politiku, opisuje terciárne vzdelávanie pre pracovníkov v sociálnych službách a ukotvenie sociálnych služieb v legislatíve oboch štátov.
