Banking contracts and their application in practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití bankovních smluv v praxi. Úvod práce je věnovat legislativnímu vymezení banky a jejímu významu v ekonomice. Další dvě kapitole se věnují bankovním smlouvám a bankovním obchodům. Praktická část je věnovaná poskytování bankovních úvěrů pro podnikatele a spotřebitele.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis discusses the use of bank contracts in practice. I dedicated the introduction of the work to the legislative definition of the bank and its importance in the economy. The following two chapters are devoted to banking contracts and banking transactions. Finally, I committed to the practical part of providing bank loans for entrepreneurs and consumers.
