Abstract:

Stěžejní část disertační práce je věnována rozvoji úlohy aktivní detekce chyb řešené na nekonečném časovém horizontu. Práce zároveň krátce pojednává o metodách pasivní detekce změn a chyb založených na datech, které lze využít v případech, kdy model systému není dopředu znám. Mezi hlavní cíle disertační práce patří formulace a návrh řešení úlohy aktivní detekce chyb pro diskrétní stochastické dynamické systémy na nekonečném časovém horizontu. Souběžně práce cílí na rozšíření formulace a řešení této úlohy o požadavky na chování systému. Úloha aktivní detekce chyb a řízení je formulována jako optimalizační úloha na nekonečném časovém horizontu s obecným diskontovaným aditivním návrhovým kritériem. K popisu chování systému je použit vícemodelový přístup se známými pravděpodobnostmi přechodu mezi jednotlivými módy systému. Návrh aktivního detektoru chyb je rozložen do dvou kroků. Nejprve je původní úloha transformována na úlohu s úplnou informací o stavu využitím metod odhadu stavu. Následně se k řešení transformované úlohy využije aproximativní dynamické programování a zpětnovazební učení. Detekce změn a chyb bez znalosti modelu využívá geometrické vlastnosti lineárních systémů a učení bez učitele.

Abstract:

The main part of the dissertation is devoted to a development of the active fault detection on the infinite time horizon. Simultaneously, the thesis deals briefly with data-driven passive fault detection methods that can be used when the system model is not known in advance. The main objectives of the dissertation are the active fault detection problem formulation and its solution for discrete-time stochastic dynamic systems on the infinite time horizon. At the same time, the thesis aims to extend the formulation and the solution to this problem by integration of system behavior requirements. The active fault detection problem is formulated as an optimization problem over the infinite time horizon with a general detection additive design criterion. Multiple-model framework with known transition probabilities between different modes is considered to describe the system behavior. Active fault detection design is decomposed into two steps. First, the original problem is transformed into a perfect state information problem by using state estimation methods. Consequently, approximate dynamic programming and reinforcement learning are used to solve the transformed problem. Data-driven change and fault detection without knowledge of a model uses geometric properties of linear systems and unsupervised learning.
