Implementation of image measures to quantify organization of cell population
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá implementaci postupu vedoucího k získání znaků populace endoteliálních buněk. V první části je čtenář seznámen s obsahem vstupních dat. Další část je věnována implementaci postupu a v závěru práce je provedeno měření s následným vyhodnocením výsledků.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with implementafion of a process retrieving atributes of endothelial cells. In the first part a reader is introduced into the content of input data. The next part aims at implementation of the process. The last part is dedicated to measurements and evalution of the obtained results.
