Abstract:

Tématem této absolventské práce je možnost využití arteterapie v sociální práci. Hlavním cílem této teoretické práce je zjistit jaké techniky arteterapie jsou vhodné pro osoby s různým stupněm mentálního postižení. Dílčím cílem je definovat arteterapii a teoreticky popsat mentální postižení.V absolventské práci jsem vysvětlila sociální práce, která nemá jasně vymezenou definici. Věnuji se i propojení sociální práce s arteterapií, terapeutickému paradigmatu, které s arteterapií souvisí či sociálním službám. V následných kapitolách se zaměřuji na samotnou arteterapii. Její definici, formy či přístupy, podle kterých probíhá arteterapeut vede setkání. Větší pozornost věnuji metodám a technikám této disciplíny. Pomocí metod jedinci zvládnou vyřešit daný úkol. Technika je úkol či způsob, který si vybere samotný klient nebo jej určí sám arteterapeut. V posledních kapitolách se věnuji mentálně postiženým jedincům. Zaměřuji se na odchylky ve vývoji či se zabývám rozvojem senzomotorických procesů. Poslední devátá kapitola se věnuje návrhu arteterapeutických cvičení s mentálně postiženými jedinci. Jednotlivá cvičení jsou rozdělena podle stupně mentální retardace jedince a jsou přizpůsobeny jejich schopnostem vykonávat určité aktivity. Navrhnutí těchto aktivit byl můj hlavní cíl této práce. Tyto arteterapeutické techniky se dají využít nejen u mentálně postižených jedinců, ale i u dětí či seniorů. Rovněž jsem si ověřila, že arteterapie není jen výtvarná technika, ale pomocí této terapie lze vyřešit mnoho klientových traumat a problémů.Tato práce je napsána metodou kompilace. Pomocí této metody jsem shromažďovala názory a poznatky různým autorů k této problematice.

Abstract:

The topic of this graduate thesis is the possibility of using art therapy in social work. The main goal of this theoretical work is to find out which art therapy techniques are suitable for people with different degrees of mental disability. The partial goal is to define art therapy and describe mental disabilities theoretically. This graduate thesis explains social work which does not have a clearly defined definition. First it deals with the connection of social work with art therapy, then with therapeutic paradigm related to art therapy or social services. The following chapters are focused on art therapy itself, its definition, forms or approaches according to which the art therapist conducts a meeting. More attention is paid to the methods and techniques of this discipline, which can help individuals to solve a given task. A technique is a task or method that is chosen by the client himself or determined by the art therapist himself. The last chapters deal with mentally handicapped individuals. The emphasis is placed on deviations in the development or development of sensorimotor processes. The last ninth chapter focuses on the design of art therapeutic exercises with mentally handicapped individuals. The individual exercises are divided according to the degree of mental retardation of the individual and are adapted to their ability to perform certain activities. Designing these activities was the main goal of this work. These art therapeutic techniques can be used not only for mentally handicapped individuals, but also for children and the elderly. I also verified that art therapy is not just an art technique, but with the help of this therapy many client traumas and problems can be solved. This work is written by compilation method. Using this method, I gathered opinions and knowledge from various authors on this issue.
