Usability issues at the BPMN models

Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to leverage eye-tracking technology in the context of BPMN. We aim to collect data by having participants interact with BPMN diagrams while using an eye tracker, generating visual heatmaps as a graphical representation of their focus areas.
