Metadata in EUR-Lex: case study of Directive 95/46/ES
Abstract:
This paper deals with the EU-law platform EU-Lex, which provides legal documents for EU countries and the structure of the platform's metadata. Subsequently, a procedure for the appropriate acquisition of data, which is used in a case study of case-law linked to Directive 95/46 / EC, is being examined by means of a citation analysis.

Táto práca sa zaoberá platformou pre právo Európskej únie EUR-Lex, ktorá poskytuje právne dokumenty pre štáty EÚ, a štruktúrou metadát tejto platformy. Následne je skúmaný postup pre vhodné získanie dát, ktoré sú využité v prípadovej štúdii judikatúry naviazanej k smernici 95/46/ES, uskutočnenej pomocou citačnej analýzy.Táto práca sa zaoberá platformou pre právo Európskej únie EUR-Lex, ktorá poskytuje …more
