Physiotherapy of the syndrome of painful shoulder using the method of McKenzie

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci s názvem "Fyzioterapie u syndromu bolestivého ramene metodou McKenzie" jsem si vybrala právě tuto metodu. V tomto konceptu je velmi důležitá a nutná aktivní spolupráce pacienta pro úspěšnost léčby. Ukázána rychlá klasifikace syndromů a jejich následná léčba. Cílem této práce bylo ukázat, že impingement syndrom lze řešit i jednodušeji, bez ohledu na důležitost skapulohumerální rytmu a přispět k řešení problematiky syndromu bolestivého ramene metodikou McKenzie. V části 2 "Přehled teoretických poznatků" popisuji anatomické poznatky, kineziologické, klinické projevy nemoci, diagnostické postupy, možnosti léčby jak konzervativní tak i operativní, tak možné terapeutické postupy, v mé práci jde o metodu McKenzie, kde ukazuji tři různé typy derangementů ,jejich rozdílnost v terapeutickém postupu, při stejném klinickém obrazu. V části "metodika" se zaměřuji na srovnání dvou pacientů se stejným syndromem, ale rozdílnou léčbou, jejich kineziologické rozbory, zvolenou terapii v našem případě metodu McKenzie. Doba trvání fyzioterapeutické intervence byla 8 návštěv po dobu 26 dní u první pacientky a 29 dní u druhého pacienta. Ve výsledcích nastiňuji na přiložené fotodokumentaci, na goniometrickém vyšetření, vyšetřením svalové síly dle Jandy vstupní a výstupní parametry obou pacientů. U první pacientky bude sledovaným parametrem VR a u druhého pacienta FL s ABD. V závěru ukazuji průběh fyzioterapie, včetně krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu a doporučení.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis called "Physiotherapy by painful shoulder syndrome" focuses on miscellaneous physiotherapy practices, from which I have selected the McKenzie method. Patient´s active cooperation is very important and needful in order to reach successful treatment. The aim of the thesis was to show that this very common problem could be solved easily and regardless of the importance the scapulohumeral rhythm. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which focuses on the anatomy of the shoulder girdle and the biomechanice of the shoulder knuckle. It also indicates the possible diseases and disorders in this domain and their clinical pictures. The special part of this theoretical part shows the possibilities of treatment conservative and operative. The main part focuses on my own patient on his kinesiology analysis and chosen therapy. In the end of the thesis there is the process of physiotherapy and its results including short- and long-term plans and recommendations.
