Cílem této práce bude popis specifik komunikace s dětským klientem, podání přehledu vývoje dítěte s ohledem na projevy v komunikační rovině a představení zásad jednání v sociální práci s dětmi. Dále vymezím pojem ´dítě´ z hlediska práva, vytvořím ucelený přehled právní legislativy adresované procesním právům dítěte a také zmíním sociálně ? právní ochranu dětí v systému veřejné správy.
