Interrogation of persons in an interrogation room

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je rozbor a analýza výslechu, který patří mezi kriminalistické metody. Výslech je součástí kriminalistické taktiky, který se využívá k získávání kriminalisticky relevantních informací ze stop uložených ve vědomí člověka. V mé závěrečné práci rozvádím význam a cíl výslechu, obecnou problematiku výslechu a výpovědi, druhy a stádia výslechu. Podstatná část mé práce je věnována prostředí, kde výslech probíhá. Na závěr uvedu dokumentaci výslechu, která je potřebná pro trestní řízení nebo plnění dalších úloh Policie.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims at the analysis and evaluation of one of the investigative technique – interrogation of persons. Interrogation forms part of investigative methods that is used to extract relevant information hidden in human consciousness. In my concluding thesis, I outline the importance and the aim of an interrogation, general questions related to interrogation and providing of testimony, as well as types and stages of interrogation. A substantial part of the thesis focuses on the environment where the interrogation takes place. In the end, I present documentation related to the interrogation, which is necessary for criminal proceedings or for fulfilling other tasks of the Police.
