Determination of the Thermal Deficit of Accumulation Tank \nl{}

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá měřením tepelné ztráty akumulační nádrže dle normy ČSN EN 12897. Teoretická část nastiňuje potřebnou teorii týkající se způsobů měření teploty a měření spotřeby elektrické energie, které jsou nutné pro realizaci zkoušky. Dále také stručně seznamuje s prostředím Control Web, ve kterém je program pro řízení zkoušky realizován, a vstupně výstupní jednotkou Datalab IO sloužící ke komunikaci mezi snímači a programem. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé moduly, které jsou umístěny v jednotce Datalab IO jako modul čítače, modul pro digitální výstupy a modul pro odporové snímače teploty. V rámci práce byl realizován program provádějící měření, který zpracovává a archivuje naměřené hodnoty a provádí obsluhu celého měřícího zařízení. Výstupem programu je protokol o měření. Protokol generuje sám program na základě archivovaných hodnot, které se vyhodnocují ve 24 hodinových intervalech. Cílem vytvořeného programu je usnadnit jednak samotné měření a jednak vyhodnocování naměřených údajů. Nakonec byla funkce programu ověřena zkušebním měřením, které je do této práce rovněž zahrnuto.

Abstract:

The work deals with the measurement of heat loss of storage tanks according to ČSN EN 12897. The theoretical part outlines the necessary theory regarding the methods of temperature measurement and metering of electricity, which are required to carry out tests. It also briefly introduces the Control Web environment in which the program is implemented to control testing, and input and output DataLab IO for communicating between sensors and software. The thesis describes the modules that are placed in the unit as a module DataLab IO counters for digital output module and a module for resistive temperature sensors. The work was carried out performing measurement program that processes and archives the measured values and performs the operation of measuring equipment. The output of the program is the measurement protocol. The protocol itself generates a program based on the archived values are evaluated at 24 hour intervals. The aim of the program is created to facilitate both the actual measurement and evaluation of both the measured data. Finally, the function was verified by test measurements, which in this work is also included.
