Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou dopadu pandemie COVID-19 na prostředí české e-commerce v různých segmentech a z pohledu spotřebitelského chování zákazníka před a během pandemie COVID-19. Při tvorbě práce bylo využito sběru dat z odborných článků, veřejně dostupných analýz a dalších článků z webových stránek zabývajících se touto tématikou.
