New Concept of Logistics and Processes of the Production in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce byly zpracována za účelem vytvoření projektu. Projekt si kladl za cíl navýšení produktivity zvoleného pracoviště o 80 %. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z literatury, týkající se problematiky projektu. Následuje popis a analýza současné situace, návrh na dosažení cílů. Závěr práce tvoří celkové vyhodnocení projektu.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis was created for the purpouse of creating a project. The goalof the project was the encrease of the selected workplace by 80 %. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical findings from the literature related to the project. This is followed by a description and analysis of the current situation and a proposal for achieving the objectives. The thesis concludes with an overall evaluation of the project.
