Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je příprava, zrealizování a následné vyhodnocení kurzu asertivity v praxi. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se nejdříve zabývám přiblížením pojmu asertivita a objasněním východisek asertivního chování. Další část je zaměřena na jednotlivé asertivní dovednosti a dané techniky. Dále se je zde popsán Kirkpatrickův model hodnocení efektivity a jednotlivé techniky, kterými lze zjistit efektivitu realizovaného kurzu. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou kurzu asertivity v praxi. Tato část je tématicky rozdělena podle tří fází průběhu kurzu tedy přípravnou, realizační a vyhodnocovací dle Kirpatrickova modelu hodnocení efektivity. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí výsledků a následná doporučení. Cílem této práce je zrealizování kurzu asertivity pomocí naučné literatury a jeho následné vyhodnocení na základě Kirkpatrickova modelu hodnocení.

Abstract:

Topic of the Bachelor Degree thesis is preparation, realization and evaluation of course of assertiveness in practice. This thesis is divided in theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part is described concept of assertiveness and clarification of basis assertive behavior. Another part is focused on assertive skills and techniques, in the last third of theoretical part are explained bases of course of assertiveness, Kirkpatrick´s model of evaluation and techniques for evaluating efficiency of course. The second part of thesis includes analysis of course of assertiveness in practice. This part is topically divided in to preparatory, implementation and evaluation parts of course by Kirkparick´s model of evaluation. Conclusion of this thesis includes whole results and recommendation. Goal of this thesis is application of knowledge of assertiveness behavior from literature in course of assertiveness and evaluation of this course by Kirkpatrick´s model of evaluation.
