Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na průzkum možností využití izotachoforézy ke stanovení fluoridů v zubních pastách. Cílem této práce byla optimalizace problematiky izotachoforetického stanovení fluoridů v různých vzorcích zubních past. This work is focused on exploring the use of isotachophoresis for the determination of fluorides in toothpastes. The main aim of this work was the optimization of the isotachophoretic determination of fluorides in various samples of toothpastes.
