Educational Schedule for Employees of Personal assistance services agency in Děčín.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce komplexně mapuje potřeby uživatelů Agentury osobní asistenční služby (dále jen AOAS). Cílem této práce je vytvoření uceleného programu vzdělávání osobních asistentů tak, aby byli po odborné stránce připraveni adekvátně reagovat na nejširší spektrum potřeb uživatelů. V teoretické části tato práce stručně představuje AOAS a teoreticko - metodologický rámec její činnosti. V praktické části pak prezentuje vlastní šetření, použité metody a jeho výsledky. Sběr informací probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl rozdělen do čtyř částí. V první části byly zjištěny obecné informace o uživatelích (pohlaví, věk, rodinný stav, typ domácnosti), ve druhé části dotazníku byly dále použity otázky týkající se finančního zajištění uživatelů AOAS a počtu v minulosti i v současnosti odebíraných služeb. Třetí část mapuje samotné úkony péče, které uživatelé v současné době odebírají, a identifikuje důvody k případným změnám péče. Poslední blok otázek se zabývá potřebami uživatelů, které jim v současné nabídce chybí. Na základě závěrů provedeného šetření je vytvořen plán vzdělávání osobních asistentů AOAS.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the needs of the Personal Assistance Services Agency (AOAS) users. The aim of the thesis is to design a complete educational schedule of personal assistants so as they could provide adequate assistance for the AOAS users. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the AOAS and its methodology. The practical part presents author's own research. The information has been collected by the questionnaire research. The questionnaire consists of four parts. The first part is aimed at the general information about the users: sex, marital status, the kind of users' household. The questions in the second part cover the financial situation of the users of the AOAS service. The third part describes the particular examples of care provided, and identifies the reasons for changes in the service. The last portion of questions focuses on the needs of the users which cannot currently be satisfied by the AOAS. Finally, the educational schedule for employees of AOAS has been designed as a response to the indications of the research.
