Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá morálním distresem a jeho působením na pracovníky střední školy. V teoretické časti je popsaná terminologie důležitá pro proniknutí do dané problematiky a samotný pojem morální distres. Praktickou část tvoří případová studie z prostředí konkrétní střední školy. This bachelor thesis focuses on moral distress and it´s influence among high school teachers. Theoretical part describes terminology important for comprehension of the issue and the definition of moral distress itself. Practical part is comprised by case study from particular high school.
