Zviera ako vec v právnom zmysle

Animal as a Case in Legal Sense
Abstract:
In my work I deal with actual animal standing in a diction of legal acts of Czech republic. Also I demonstrate legal instruments of animal protection offered by private and public law. Also I define dangerous animals and ways of our protection against them.
Abstract:
Vo svojej práci sa zaoberám súčasným postavením zvieraťa v právnom poriadku Českej republiky a zamýšľam sa nad následkami prípadnej zmeny. Ďalej rozoberám inštitúty jeho ochrany ponúkanými súkromným aj verejným právom a nakoniec definujem nebezpečné zviera a prostriedky ochrany pred týmto zvieraťom.
