Prevention of vertebrogenous functional disorders
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na funkční vertebrogenní poruchy se zaměřením na prevenci. Podává ucelený přehled o funkčních vertebrogenních poruchách, podrobněji popisuje příčiny a následné možnosti prevence vzniku těchto poruch. Součástí práce je návrh vlastní cvičební jednotky. Práce by měla pomoci uvědomit si danou problematiku a nutnost aktivního přístupu k prevenci vzniku těchto poruch.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on functional vertebragenous disorders, paying special attention to prevention. It provides a comprehensive overview of functional vertebragenous disorders, describing in more detail the causes and subsequent prevention options to prevent the occurrence of these disorders.
