Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl navrhnout metody a parametry pro vyhodnocení struktury povrchu, ověřit vliv struktury povrchu na funkční vlastnosti kulových kloubů a na základě výsledků navrhnout optimální procesní parametry indukčního kalení. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá kulovými klouby, principy kalení a metodami, pomocí kterých se kvantifikuje struktura povrchu. Na teoreticko-metodologickou část navazuje část aplikační, která obsahuje popis kalení vybraných sérií kulových čepů, následné vyhodnocení struktury pomocí jedné z vybraných metod a závěrečné měření funkčních vlastností kulových kloubů.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose methods and parameters for evaluating the surface structure, to verify the influence of the surface structure on the functional properties of ball joints and, based on the results, to propose optimal process parameters for induction hardening. The theoretical-methodological part deals with ball joints, hardening principles and methods used to quantify the surface structure. The theoretical-methodological part is followed by the application part, which contains a description of the hardening of selected series of ball joints, a subsequent evaluation of the structure using one of the selected methods and a final measurement of the functional properties of ball joints.
