Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuální tematikou tzv. Terapie pevným objetím podle Prekopové (TPO). Představuje kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je popsat způsob, průběh, podmínky a kontext použití metody pevného objetí v psychoterapeutické praxi a přispět tak k odborné diskusi, která kolem TPO probíhá. Teoretická část se věnuje současnému postavení alternativních terapií v rámci psychoterapie jako oboru. Shrnuje základní teoretické koncepty, konstrukty, východiska a zásady použití TPO a reflektuje dosavadní publikované popisy použití pevného objetí v psychoterapeutické praxi. Nastiňuje vývoj veřejné a především odborné diskuse, která se v ČR kolem pevného objetí rozpoutala v posledních několika letech. Shrnuje argumenty kritiků i zastánců TPO, které jsou v diskusi vznášeny, a porovnává je s dalšími odbornými poznatky v této oblasti. V empirické části práce je popsán metodologický rámec výzkumu. Vzhledem ke znění výzkumné otázky byl zvolen kvalitativní design a výzkum by pojat jako pilotní vstup do empirického zkoumání dané problematiky. Data byla tvořena v rámci 8 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 9 terapeuty pevným objetím a analyzována metodou zakotvené teorie. Jelikož je práce pojata především jako deskriptivní, těžiště výzkumu spočívá v popisu kategorií zakotvené teorie. Prostřednictvím názorných schémat jsou zachyceny významové celky, kategorie a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Dvě centrální kategorie zachycují průběh TPO a jeho kontext. Průběh terapie pevným objetím je dán jasně stanovenými metodickými kroky, které jsou terapeuty dodržovány. Před technikou pevného objetí jako takového vždy předchází fáze terapie, ve které terapeut s klientem v rámci rozhovoru mapuje problém, hledá jeho příčiny, pracuje a domlouvá se s klientem na terapeutickém postupu. Dále terapeut pracuje s klientem na náhledu a připravuje jej na zvolenou formu pevného objetí. Následuje jeden či více procesů pevného objetí, které mohou nabývat několika forem. Všechny formy mají metodikou strukturovaný průběh. Po pevném objetí následuje různě dlouhá fáze zpracování zkušenosti formou terapie nebo následného poradenství. Individuální pojetí, délka a obsah jednotlivých kroků však nabývají různých podob, v závislosti na kontextu, ve kterém se terapie odehrává. Kontext je dán na jedné straně působením intervenujících proměnných (kterými jsou: role terapeuta, individuálnost zakázky, odstupňování fyzického kontaktu a specifický setting terapie) a na straně druhé terapeutovým individuálním pojetím teoretických východisek TPO pro konkrétní praxi. Výsledky analýzy jsou diskutovány především vzhledem k teoretickým podkladům pro způsob použití pevného objetí, ale také v souvislosti s argumentací v odborné diskusi kolem pevného objetí.

Abstract:

This research deals with the actual topic of the Holding therapy by Jiřina Prekop (HT). Represents a qualitative research whose objective is to describe the method, process, conditions and context of use of the method in psychotherapeutic practice and contribute to the discussion, which takes place around the HT. The theoretical part deals with the current position of alternative therapies in mainstream psychotherapy. Summarizes the basic theoretical concepts, constructs, assumptions and principles of the use of HT and reflects current published descriptions of using HT in psychotherapeutic practice. In this part i described the development of public and especially professional discussion around HT in the last few years. The part summarizes the arguments of critics and supporters of the TPO, which are raised in the debate, and compares it with other developed expertise in this area. In the empirical part of the research is described the methodological framework of the research. Due to the research question was chosen qualitative research design and conceived as a pilot enter in the empirical researching of the topic. Data was formed within the 8 semi-structured interviews with 9 therapists and analyzed with grounded theory. Becouse the work is conceived primarily as a descriptive, focus of the research is to describe the categories of grounded theory. Through illustrative diagrams are shown in meaning units, categories and their interrelationships. Two central categories capture process od HT and its context. The course of HT is given by clearly defined methodological steps that therapists are respected. Before a firm embrace technique as such is always preceded by phases of therapy in which the therapist with the client are mapping the problem in an interview, looking for its causes, and planing therapeutic process. In addition, the therapist works with the client to his insight to problem and prepare him for the firm embrace. Followed by one or more processes firm embrace, which may take several forms. All forms are structured by given methodology course. After a firm embrace followed by a variable length processing phase, which involve talking about experience from therapy therapy or giving following advices. Individual concepts, length and content of each step, however, take different forms, depending on the context in which the treatment takes place. Context is given by the action of intervening variables (such as: the role of the therapist, individual contract, grading physical contact and specific setting) and on the other hand by therapistr’s individual dealing with theoretical concepts of HT Results of the analysis are discussed with particular reference to the theoretical background of HT, but also in connection with the arguments in discussion around the HT.
