Brain networks alterations in the temporal lobe epilepsy
Abstract:
Dizertační práce se zabývá změnami kognitivních sítí u pacientů s epilepsií temporálního laloku s hippokampální sklerózou a možnými kompenzatorními (nebo maladaptivními) mechanismy. Analýza sítí je založena na výpočtech funkční konektivity z dat mnohokanálového EEG zrekonstruovaných do objemu.
Abstract:
The thesis concerns the cognitive networks changes in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis and possible compensatory (or maladaptive)mechanisms. The network analysis is based on functional connectivity investigation of high-density EEG data reconstructed into the source space.
