Práce popisuje patogenezi pneumotoraxu na základě nejnovějších poznatků. Shrnuje intervence a možnosti léčby především tenzního pneumotoraxu s ohledem na algoritmus ABCDE, zároveň i jako jednu z možných reverzibilních příčin náhlé srdeční zástavy. Abstract:
The thesis describes the pathogenesis of pneumothorax based on the latest findings. It summarizes interventions and treatment options, primarily for tension pneumothorax, considering the ABCDE algorithm, also as one of the potential reversible causes of sudden cardiac arrest.
