Genetic diversity and phylogeny of Apodemus wood mice
Abstract:
The problem of interspecific and intraspecific variability of the genus Apodemus, despite the significance of representatives of this genus (a common type of rodent carrying zoonoses and pests in agriculture) has been sufficiently examined, especially in Central Asian species. In this paper I summarize current knowledge of taxonomy, extension and genetic diversity in all species of the genus.
Abstract:
Problematika mezidruhové a vnitrodruhové variability rodu Apodemus, navzdory významnosti zástupců tohoto rodu (běžný druh hlodavce přenášející zoonózy a škodící v zemědělství) dostatečně prozkoumána, zejm. u středoasijských druhů. V této práci shrnuji současné znalosti taxonomie, rozšíření a genetické diverzity u všech druhů rodu
