Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením edukační účinnosti rekvalifikačních kurzů jako jedné z forem celoživotního vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem je zjistit a objasnit edukační účinnost konkrétních rekvalifikací ve vztahu k uplatnění jedince na trhu práce. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the educational effectiveness of retraining courses as one of the forms of lifelong learning. The main goal is to find out and clarify the educational effectiveness of specific retraining in relation to the individual's employment on the labor market.
