Abstract:
Má diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou knihy soudnictví nesporného 1550 ? 1620 zaměřenou na její obsahovou stránku. Práce se zabývá právními pořízeními mezi měšťany. Kniha soudnictví nesporného poskytuje informace o vzdání majetku mezi obyvatelstvem města Teplice. Také přináší informace o uzavírání svatebních smluv či o výši věna mezi manželi, čímž přibližují každodenní život města v daném období.
Abstract:
My disertation analyzes the book of undisputed judiciary between 1550 and 1620. This analysis is focused on the contents of the book. Thesis deals with legal acquisitions between the townsmen. The book of undisputed judiciary provides information about the waiver of property between population of town of Teplice.
