Social and legal aspects of pathological relationships between partners

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o partnerských vztazích. Tyto vztahy jsem rozebrala v kapitolách, které se věnují manželství, registrovanému partnerství a nesezdanému soužití. Poté jsem přešla na problematiku patologických vztahů, jak vlastně vznikají a k čemu poté dochází. V následné části jsem rozepsala, způsoby, kterými se tyto vztahy poté rozpadají. Dále jsem soustředila práci na to, kde hledat pomoc, pokud máme ve vztazích problémy. V praktické části jsem použila průzkum veřejného mínění, kde jsem se snažila zjistit, co si lidé určitého věku nebo vzdělání myslí o partnerských vztazích, a jak na ně reagují.

Abstract:

This thesis is about partner relationships. I analyzed these relationships in chapters that deal with marriage, registered partnerships and unmarried cohabitation. Then I moved on the problems of pathological relationships, how they actually occur and what happens next. In the following part, I analyzed the ways in which these relations fall apart. Then I focused my work on the places where to seek for help, if partners have problems in relationships. In the practical part I used survey of public opinion, where I tried to find out what are people of a certain age or education thinking about relationships and how they react to them.
