Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze podpory a využití kreativity zaměstnanců v organizaci. Organizací je základní škola na malém městě v jižních Čechách, která byla založena v roce 1964. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak využívají zaměstnanci svou kreativitu a jakou mají podporu od svého zaměstnavatele. Obsahem bakalářské práce je teoreticko-metodologická a aplikační část. Teoretická část je věnována pojmům kreativita, její historii a vývoji, bariérám a kritériím kreativity. Jaké podmínky je možno vytvořit zaměstnancům jejich zaměstnavateli tak, aby využití kreativity bylo co nejefektivnější. V aplikační části se soustředím na představení organizace, výsledky dotazníkového šetření a pozorování, vyhodnocení rozhovorů a ověření daných výzkumných otázek. V závěru práce jsem sepsala navrhovaná řešení pro další zlepšení podpory kreativity u zaměstnanců, která jsou možná v dané organizaci uvést do praxe a používat je i nadále. Přínosem práce je zjištění míry kreativity zaměstnanců a jejich zájem o podporu ze strany zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the support and use of the creativity of employees in the organization. The organization is an elementary school in a small town in South Bohemia, which was founded in 1964. The aim of this work is to find out how employees use their creativity and what support they have from their employer. The content of the bachelor's thesis is the theoretical-methodological and application part. The theoretical part is devoted to the concepts of creativity, its history and development, barriers and criteria of creativity. What conditions can be created for employees by their employer so that the use of creativity is as effective as possible. In the application part, I focus on the presentation of the organization, the results of questionnaire surveys and observations, evaluation of interviews and verification of given research questions. At the end of the thesis, I drew up proposed solutions to further improve the support of creativity in employees, which can be put into practice and continued to be used in the organization. The benefit of the work is to determine the level of creativity of employees and their interest in the employer's support.
