Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt zvýšení efektivity služeb a provozu Kliniky nukleární medicíny ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Práce je zaměřena na vyjasnění otázek, které vedou k opodstatnění zvýšení efektivity služeb a provozu. V teoretické části jsou na základě rešerše literatury a internetových zdrojů zhodnoceny poznatky vztahující se k problematice služeb ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části byl zvolený problém řešen pomocí provedených analýz makroprostředí, vnějšího a vnitřního mikroprostředí organizace a finanční analýzy, na jejichž základě byl navržen projekt zvýšení efektivity služeb a provozu v rámci kliniky nukleární medicíny.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the project of increasing the efficiency of services and operation of the Nuclear Medicine Department of the University Hospital Olomouc. It deals with questions that lead to the increased efficiency of services and operation. The theoretical part evaluates findings related to healthcare services based on a search of literature and internet sources. In the practical part, the subject was studied through analyses of the macro-environment, external and internal micro-environment of the organization and financial analysis. Based on this analysis, the project of increasing the efficiency of services and operation within the Nuclear Medicine Department was designed.
