Analysis of carbonyl compounds in environment
Abstract:
Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na karbonylové sloučeniny, jejich vlastnosti, vliv na zdraví a metody stanovení těchto sloučenin. Experimentální část je věnována odběru vzorků pomocí pasivní dozimetrie s využitím vzorkovače Radiello a následné analýze aldehydů pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie.
Abstract:
The theoretical part is focused on carbonyl compounds, their properties and their influence on health. It deals with methods of determining these compounds. The experimental part is devoted to sampling by passive dosimetry using the Radiello sampler and subsequent analysis of aldehydes by high performance liquid chromatography.
