Reconstruction of the Building to Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce byla rekonstrukce objektu na objekt s nízkou spotřebou energie na vytápění. Pro tuto práci jsem si vybral dvoupodlažní rodinný domek, který se nachází v Českých Budějovicích v ulici Dobrovodská. Objekt byl ve velice špatném stavu, ale i přes tento problém se ve mně vzbudila touha provést rekonstrukci na již zmíněný nízkoenergetický dům. Na objekt jsem aplikoval kontaktní systém zateplení. Skladba stropní konstrukce nebyla v dostatečné míře zateplena, tudíž bylo nezbytné tuto konstrukci upravit a navrhnout dostačující zateplení. Střešní konstrukce prošla největší změnou. Byla kompletně odstraněná stará krytina společně s bedněním a navrhl jsem zateplení mezi a pod krokvemi. Vložena do střešní konstrukce byla i střešní okna, kde jsem dbal na kvalitu a nízký součinitel tepelné prostupnosti. U všech navržených konstrukcí jsem kladl důraz na správnost provedení a díky tomu jsem dosáhl výsledku měrné spotřeby tepla na vytápění objektu 49 kWh/m2/rok.

Abstract:

The aim of my Bachelor´s work was to make a reconstruction of a building into an object with low energy consumption. I chose a two-storey family house located on Dobrovodská Street České Budějovice. The building was in a very poor condition but despite the problem my desire to reconstruction it into a low energy house was too big to not get started. First I applied a thermal insulation contact system. The composition of the ceiling structure was not sufficiently insulated, so it was necessary to modify this structure and propose sufficient insulation. The roof structure is changed the most. The old roofing was completely removed along with the formwork and there was also made a thermal insulation of between and under the rafters. New windows were put into the roof structure which I chose especially by the best quality and the lowest coefficient of thermal permeability. For all the construction designs I put a great deal on the correctness and thanks to that I have achieved the result of the specific heat consumption 49 kWh/m2/rok.
